     The schematic See link ,VCC is DC5V. the parameter Δt/ΔV,for VCC=4.5V to 5.5V,the max is 20ns/V. Does it mean the max is 70ns from 0V to 3.5V. The CLK wave  CLKrise1-80ns(0-5V)、CLKrise2-120ns(0-5V),please see link  they meet the requirements?  
      How much capacitance value on the CLK pin of SN74LV165A?

  • The Δt/ΔV limit specifies a slope. This slope must not be exceeded at any point of the curve, until VIH is reached.

    As far as I can see, the curve is OK.

    Consider using the SN74HCS165 (with Schmitt-trigger inputs). Or a different optocoupler with push/pull output.
