TXS0104E: Question on TXS0104/TXS0108E schematic

Part Number: TXS0104E

Hi,

TXE104E and TXE108E are used on our board. On spec, it is said "To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to GND through a pulldown resistor".

But on our system we need it to be enabled automatically when the system powered on. So we pulled up the OE to VCCA by an pull-up resistor.

We don't care the instant behavior during the power-up phase. As long as the chip works normal after power goes up fully, it is fine to us.

"Pulled up the OE to VCCA" will not cause chip damage during power up, right?

Thanks very much
