Thanks

Hi Anders,
For the SN74AC244PWR I have these thermal values:
Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) |
103.0 |
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) |
37.7 |
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) |
54.0 |
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) |
2.8 |
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) |
53.5 |
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) |

Hey Anders,
I got back the results for the NS package:
Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) |
78.2 |
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) |
41.1 |
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) |
43.3 |
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) |
12.1 |
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) |
42.9 |
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) |
n/a |
There is no theta JC (bot) value for this device - it doesn't have a thermal pad to connect to the board. We don't recommend using it that way either.
