Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value)	103.0
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)	37.7
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)	54.0
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)	2.8
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)	53.5
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value)	n/a

There is no theta JC (bot) value for this device - it doesn't have a thermal pad to connect to the board. We don't recommend using it that way either.
