SN74AVC4T774: Unused pin condition

Hi,

I am using SN74AVC4T774PW in my design. I wont be using all the channels. How should the unused pins be connected. As per the datasheet it should be connected to either VCC or GND. Hence can the A and B pins connected to VCC or GND.

Hi Shifali,

All CMOS inputs must be terminated at Vcc or GND. For AVC devices, it is recommended to connect any unused data pins directly to GND.
