Hi,

Good day.

Our customer is looking for the CAD for the YZP package but the link in the product folder shows for RUT. (https://vendor.ultralibrarian.com/TI/embedded/?gpn=LSF0204&package=YZP&pin=12&sid=016ff6c686b6001367e6dcf664560004e02b600d0086e&c=1)

Can you please help us provide the file needed? Thank you.

Hey Cedrick,

Looks like some association got mixed up with that. I've assigned this to our modeling expert to see what can be done here to fix this. I'd expect to get word back by tomorrow (6/24).

Hi Cedrick,

The reason this occurred is because there is no existing model for the YZP package. I have requested it and it will take about a week for it to get completed. I will go ahead and close the ticket for now and then will provide the model here once it gets completed.

It looks like the upload tool was broken. It was fixed today and the BXL file was successfully uploaded. I have been told to wait two days before it appears on ti.com. I will keep an eye out on this for you.

As we have checked, it seems that the BXL file is now uploaded but the 3D model still shows the incorrect package.. Do you have a STEP file for this so we could send it to the customer? Thank you.
