I see both SN74LV4T125RGYR and SN74LV125ARGYRG4 are LV family. Do you mean the different between them is that SN74LV125ARGYRG4 didn't have the low-to-high level shift voltage function? Thank you.

The SN74LV4T125 does not belong in the LV family (the web site is wrong). The LV1T/LV4T devices have different electrical characteristics, which are similar to AHCT with an extended supply voltage range.
For high-to-low shifting, you can use any 74xx125 device with overvoltage-tolerant inputs. For low-to-high shifting from 3.3 V to 5 V, you can use the SN74AHCT125. For low-to-high shifting at other voltages, there is no replacement.

Get it, so can I regards that if the customer application is high-to-low voltage shifting, then they can use SN74LV125ARGYRG4 to replace SN74LV4T125RGYR.
For low-to-high shifting from 3.3 V to 5 V application, they can only use the SN74LV4T125RGYR.

If its 3.3 V to 5 V they could also use SN74AHCT125 supplied at 5 V.
