Hey MJ,
The spec ICCBA in section 6.5 is going to be the current consumption. This training video covers the bias circuitry of the device which is responsible for this leakage.

Those two values are limits for the current through the data I/O pins, i.e., current flowing into Ax and out of Bx, or in the other direction.
ICCBA is the current that flows into Vref_B and out of Vref_A.
