My customer is looking for IP4856CX25/CZ TI cross.
Could you please help me to pick up the right device?
The requirement is:
- SDIO3.0 compliant
- Bidirectional level shifting（1.8V⇔3.3V）
- BGA pitch >0.5mm
Some prior thread discusses SN74AVCA406 supports SDIO3.0, but I don't find specific information from the datasheet.
Also, it is TSSOP package which should not meet the package requirement.
Does TI have any better parts?
