Our customer would like to know the meaning of "interleaved flash" mentioned at package information of SN74LV132APWR.

I just received a response from our customer that he is pertaining to interlead flash, not interleaved flash, mentioned at page 19 of the datasheet. Sorry for the confusion. Kindly refer to the screenshot below. Which part of the IC is the interlead flash?
Interlead (not interleaved) flash is defined by JEDEC in policy SPP-014 as "Opaque mold compound material attached to an area between adjacent leads remaining after dambar trim operations"
Basically, it's some plastic that can poke out of the body of the device by a small amount between the leads.
