bidirectional Buffer for NC-SI interface

Dear team,

Could you share bidirectional buffer for NC-SI interface?

logic voltage level is 3.3V and data rate higher than 300MHz.

  • Hey Ben,

Our multiplexers and switches are passive FETs so they won't be buffered.  I'm moving this thread over to the logic and voltage translators group to see if they can help you with the right part, although it may be a tough find at >300MHz. I'll let them commit on this more since they'll be more qualified.
It may help to give more precise information here on what you're looking for. Is this just a single channel 3.3V buffer you're looking for? and is 300MHz the frequency or is it 150MHz and data rate is 300Mbps?

  • Are you using the RMII-based transport interface?

Why do you want a bidirectional buffer? Is there any single signal that is bidirectional?

Does "300 MHz" describe the clock frequency, or the signal rate on a single line, or the combined data rate of the entire bus?
