Hi,

Good Day. I have a customer who has a query about logic device. Please see below for his query. Thank you very much.

I am looking for an inverter with a specific input feature...to replace a SN74HC14N..or..CD40106B. My problem is the clamping diodes between the input and Vdd. I need an input that can be "high" while the power is off Vcc.  it back-feeds the Vdd supply through the clamping diodes.
