Hi There,

               If the input pin(pin1/pin2) goes hi earlier than VCC pin, will the leakage occurs on VCC(pin5) / output pin (pin4) / the other input pin(pin2/pin1)?

    Hello,

    The input voltage on A or B can be up to 5.5V, independent of the supply voltage.

    Leakage current is always going to flow from higher voltage to lower voltage pins. The maximum leakage current for the device is defined here:
