Dear Sir

I modified the registers values followed the table 6, when I read the values back, the value I read from the address F004 is not 2BC0 or 03C0,

others values are the same talbe 6. why the value I read from address F004 is not same with the table 6?

Hi Clark,

I expect that F004 is a special register used only to unlock the test control register and is not intended to be read - only written to.

Is this issue affecting operation of the device in your application?

Not yet so far. the result I read from F004 is different with the table 6, that is the reason I asked. Thank you very much.
