selection of programmable delay product

Hi,

My customer need assistance.

I need a programmable delay timer for PWM signals. It is a replacement to HMC988 of Analog Devices.

Does TI have such a product?

Maxim        DS1124U
Microchip   SY89296
OnSemi      MC100EP196

Or a product like these?
