Part Number: SN74HC153

Hi Support Team.

I am creating a delivery specification for this part number.

In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.


Please tell me ESD data (HBM data , CDM data) of SN74HC153NSR.

    Hello,

    We don't currently have an ESD report for this device, however it is currently being updated and should have a new version within the course of the year.

    The new version will be rated to 2kV HBM, 1kV CDM, and this is planned to be put into the datasheet.
