Hi ,
As per CD74HC4514 datasheet, if All selection pin Low , Y0 will be High. May i know what will be the status of other pins during that time. Hope Y1 to Y15 will be zero. But datasheet not mentioned anything regarding that.
Please let me know the status of other pins when any one pin of YO to Y15 High.
