I would like you to confirm about Die and Fab information for SN74HC151 and 151A.
Could you please tell me whether both these two is created by same Fab and use same Die ?

I have one question about your reply.
* According to your reply, you mentioned that electrical spec of both are same.
However, I wonder as shown below.
* Here is snapshot from rev C of Non-A version of datasheet. According to datasheet, this version is revised at "May 1997".
On the other hands, here is snapshot from rev E of Non-A version of datasheet(Revised "Sep 2003"). It seems that spec of propagation delay is same.
However, in case of A version of datasheet, this spec is difference (Shorter than Non-A version).
According to history of datasheet, this version is revised at "July 1998".
At first, I thought that this spec is updated later. However, as I described at first, datasheet of revised at "May 1997" also show worse spec than A verion datasheet.
If your explanation is correct, why this difference is occured ?
(According above, I think propagation delay spec of A version was different from the beginning.)
