I am using SN74CBT3125 in bandit 4. I am using it as switch, if the power is on there should be low resistance between pin 2 and 3 and If the power is off there should be open between pin 2 and 3. I have connected all OE pins to GND through 1.0 Kohm resistor.
Question:
1: Can I do this?
2: If there is no power to device is it OK to have 3.3V signals on pins 3,6,8,11?
3: What is the resistance between pin 3 and 2 if the device is not powered up?
