Hi,

Could you please give me help for IOL and IOH in SN74LVC540A?

1. Datasheet shows IOH and IOL are 24mA at 3.3V of VCC. Would it be total IOH / IOL? or is it mean 1 ch support 24mA?

2. If you have IOL/IOH temperature dependency in free air range, Could you please let me share it?

    Hi Nagata,

    IOH and IOL will be per channel. However, the recommended operating conditions do not mean that the device will always output 24 mA. These are values that have been tested internally. For example, when the device was tested a load was applied that drew exactly 24 mA at 3.3 V. 


    If you can give some more information on why you need these specs, we can try and help you through your problem.
