I looked into the technical documents of this part but it is not available there.

The Q1 model of our devices will have the same specs are our commercial devices. You can refer to this product page and use the IBIS model: SN74LVC2G125

Any idea on IBIS model for part CLVC2G125IDCURQ1 as well?

Hi Pali,

The IBIS file will have the model for CLVC2G125IDCURQ1. "DCU" is one of the packages we provide for SN74LVC2G125-Q1.
