Currently have SN74HC00DR Icc issue!
Could you comment if customer’s Iq test method is correct? THX
Customer measurement method: Red rod connected to Pin14(Vcc) + 5V, black rod connected to Pin7(GND)! Using portable meter / FLUKE / desktop measurement results are consistent.
OK IC=> current 0.3mA (including wire resistance)
NG IC=> current 1.9mA (including wire resistance)

And we found two SN74HC00DR have deference Icc of test result(Could you give me an explanation ,What might be the reason for this difference THX)
