The Features section on page 1 says the maximum tPD at 3.3V is 3.7ns.
We have some parts in stock that are simply labelled "U4J" on the part. They were in the bin for the SN74AUP1T34QDCKRQ1.
The datasheet for that part says the part marking should be "U4E".
Is the J vs E an assembly-location change?
If so, is there a cross-reference of the letters for each assembly site that TI uses?
