Hello,

I'm afraid the MicroStar BGA packages have been discontinued and this device does not have an equivalent available for a pin to pin or functional replacement from TI.

I'm sure that's not the news you'd like to hear.

We do have a variety of other transsceivers and transparent d-type latches available, however none would be a drop-in replacement.

Any nearest devices pls confirm. Can any one have die for this part to produce-inform.

Part is used earlier and re design not possible
