Hi Team,
Could you tell me how much leakage current will be expected in following conditions?
My customer plan to use TXs0108E in their system, both side is connected to MCUs which has internal pull up in it.
1.8V is applied to A side and B side will be 3.3V. Same power supply is used in A side.
The supply applied to MCU(Call this supply as "3.3Vb" in the case below) is separated from the supply applied to TXS0108E(Call this supply as 3.3Va)
1. B side to 3.3Va path leakage under 1.8V and 3.3Va is OFF state
Are there any leakage path in the device at B side ⇒ VCCB route under following condition?
If yes, how much leakage will be estimated?
[Condition]
- VCCA(1.8V):OFF
- VCCB(3.3Va):OFF
- 3.3Vb:ON
- OE:Low

2. B side to A side leakage under 1.8V and 3.3Va is OFF state
Are there any leakage path in the device at B side ⇒ A side route under following condition?
If yes, how much leakage will be estimated?
[Condition]
- VCCA(1.8V):OFF
- VCCB(3.3Va):OFF
- 3.3Vb:ON
- OE:Low
3. B side to VccA leakage under 1.8V and is OFF state
Are there any leakage path in the device at B side ⇒ VccA route under following condition?
If yes, how much leakage will be estimated?
[Condition]
- VCCA(1.8V):OFF
- VCCB(3.3Va):ON
- 3.3Vb:ON
- OE:Low

4. B side to A side leakage under 1.8V and is OFF state
Are there any leakage path in the device at B side ⇒ A side route under following condition?
If yes, how much leakage will be estimated?

- VCCA(1.8V):OFF
- VCCB(3.3Va):ON
- 3.3Vb:ON
- OE:Low
