The maximum input voltage for the CD4047B is 18V. I would not recommend exceeding that, as it could immediately and permanently damage the device.
Also, the outputs probably won't drive enough current to replace a gate driver. I would recommend using an actual gate driver between the CD4047B and the driver MOSFETs.
