Hi Team,

My customer want to know if he could use 4.7k pull up resistor? 
because datasheet suggest that it should use over 50k.

    4.7 kΩ is not above 50 kΩ.

    All the signals appear to be unidirectional, so you should use a direction-controlled translator like the SN74AXC8T245/SN74AVC8T245, which has no problems with pull-up/-down resistors (and is cheaper).
