Seems that this legacy device SN74198N of ours has no drop-in replacement from our portfolio. Can you help us determine which of THESE can be used instead?

None of those is in a 24-pin package.

It might be possible to use some other device (maybe with an adapter board), but we would have to know how it is actually used. Please show a schematic.
