Hi Syukri,

We do not have an accurate TINA model to simulate the floating supply use case available for the TXU0104. If you do not require this application, I can create the SPICE model for you within a couple of weeks.

I will recommend you use the IBIS model available on the product folder if possible.

Hi Mohd,

Please see the attached SPICE Model. Let me know if you face any issues using the model.

OE is in reference to VccA in the model and can be changed to VccB if required by editing one line item.
