These are from four different manufacturing/assembly sites (which all have the same useless name):

Why is the 'lead finish/ball material' in the red box different?

If there is a difference in the constituent substances, can it be recognized as the difference between the substances of NIPDAU and SN, respectively?

Is there any difference in product properties due to the difference in these substances?

The difference indeed is that two sites use tin as lead finish, and two use nickel/palladium/gold.

The electrical characteristics and soldering recommendations are the same.
