Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX7412F, SN74AUP1G125
Hello,
We are looking to design a circuit with a resistor value detection at boot up but can be forced high by an external ENABLE signal. To do this we are using SN74LVC1G125. Basic summary is to have the the EN go to OE, 3.3V shorted straight to A and VIN, Y connected to our ADC (with current source integrated) and a resistor to GND. During boot up, ENABLE Is low, ADC current source turns on and checks resistance value and then turns off. ENABLE goes high and the Y pin goes high as well.
When calculating resistor value, the leakage into the Y pin with OE = low is critical for us. I believe the parameter Ioz is the right one but wanted to confirm this?
If so, are there any condition we can use to get this number lower? For example temp < 50 C has only 1 uA generally? Not looking for a datasheet change, just general guidance. 10 uA is too high for our ADC to properly distinguish resistor values due to it's current source being weak.
Thank you,
