TXS0102YZPR TXS0104EYZTR These two are what kind of glass crystal package? At present, it is very easy to be damaged in the SMT and assembly stage. Please help to see if there is any replacement material that is not the packaging of glass crystal. Thank you very much!

DSBGA devices are not packaged at all; what you get is the plain silicon die with solder bumps.

Standard pick&place and soldering processes should work; see AN-1112 DSBGA Wafer Level Chip Scale Package.

If your manufacturer cannot handle this reliably, then you must use other packages.
