Hi Chen,

You can refer to FAQ here about roughened lead frames: [FAQ] Why do the leadframes look strongly oxidized or corroded?

The one that that concerns us is you saying that it is harder to solder as roughened leadframes should be easier to solder due to increased surface area and adhesion. Can you send a few pictures of a soldered device?
