Hi!

I am planning to you Level translator buffer SN74LVC1T45 for level translating 3.3V 1PPS signal from GPS to 1.8V 1PPS signal.

But GPS 1PPS signal having recommended slew rate of 10ns rise time.Please provide the output slew rate for the buffer SN74LVC1T45 only input rise and fall time available in datasheet.I need to confirm whether it will suitable for my application or not?

This is not specified in the datasheet. But the rise/fall time is necessarily shorter than the propagation delay (t_pd).

If you care about the speed, use a faster translator like the SN74AXC1T45. For unidirection downtranslation, you can also use any buffer with an overvoltage-tolerant input like the SN74LVC1G125 or SN74AUC1G125.
