I see no obvious problems with this schematic.

But the TXS is intended for bidirectional signals. For unidirectional signals like these, you can use a translator with buffered outputs like the SN74AXC4T245 or SN74AXC4T774.

Hi Denny,

I would expect that having such low pull-up resistor values on the TXS outputs would cause a significant VOL increase. Usually I would recommend against using external pull-up resistors with this device.
