This is a formal datasheet (an old one). There are no cover pages.

Hi Sean,

I just wanted to hop in here to confirm what Clemens is saying. The datasheet doesn't look like a "normal" datasheet because this is relatively old and hasn't been updated to a new format.

This datasheet will have all of the technical information needed. I'm not sure what you are looking for specifically for your process, but this is the real and formal datasheet.
