Could you help to confirm whether TXB0108RGYR is suitable for SD card (SD3.0) level shift transducer, if not any other part recommend?

SD card signals are initially in open-drain mode. This is not possible with the TXB.

There are special-purpose SD card level shifters.

Hi Denny,

We don't have any translators specified for SD 3.0. Its likely the data rate is too fast for any of our devices.
