Hello,

The images posted are very low resolution (320x240). Is it possible to get full resolution versions? You can adjust the resolution when copy/pasting an image by clicking the image and selecting "Edit" from the popup menu.

I'm afraid I cannot access google drive due to security limitations within TI.

I have sent the images that you have shared to my quality team and am awaiting their response. I may need better resolution pictures (especially for the shipping label, which I cannot read).

In the meantime, can you tell me if the customer has observed any electrical issues with these devices?

Customer has not used the parts because of concerns that they sighted. 
Do you suggest that they go ahead to try out on their boards or wait for your technical team's feedback?

I'm still waiting on a response from our quality team. FYI - while my respnose time is 24 hours, theirs is 30 days (if I'm not mistaken), so this may take several weeks to resolve.

The first response I received is that they need higher resolution images. You can email me directly at Emrys (at) ti.com since you're having trouble with the E2E site.
