What exactly do you mean with "encode model"?

Its functionality is descrived in table 4 of the datasheet.

Hi Jason,

The device SN74LVC1G139 is a 2 bit binary decoder. It Converts a 2-bit binary number input at A and B into a single active output. This is described by the function table for the device in the datasheet:

For an example, I have highlighted the input of "01" which causes the output Y1 to be active (low) while all other outputs are off (high).

Are they perhaps looking for a simulation model? If so, what type?
