As subject, below is datasheet description, the device can support 100MHz 1V to 1.8V, right?
Hi Jim,
I ran a quick simulation using a 15pF load to show the expected performance:
You can see that the device can support 100 MHz with a 15pF load and 1.8V output supply, although it is pushing the limits. The waveform is fairly rounded at this speed / loading.
If the load can be reduced to 5pF, the waveform looks much better, reaching the rails for a significant portion of the pulse width:
