Please suggest Bidirectional Switch, But both sides of the signal (NC1 / NO1 / COM1 and NC2 / NO2 / COM2 ) are RS485 signals (Baud Rate = 115200 bits per second)

0.1 Mbps is quite slow; any switch will do.

But what voltages do you need? Are you switching logic signals, or bus signals (which might have quite a large offset, depending on the application)?
