I would to know if the radiation test results reported in Literature number SNOA254A (AN-926) are still relevant to today's ACT logic device family? For example, are the radiation test results still applicable to the 74ACT11004PW?

This application note (as well as AN-925/SNOA253) applies only to military-grade devices made by National Semiconductor.

TI no longer sells them, and TI's SN54AC… devices use a different process.
