LSF0204D: 3.3V is not driven as we have connected the LED

Part Number: LSF0204D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXU0104, SN74LVC2G06, SN74LV1T34

In the LSF0204DRUTR part , 1.8V and 3.3V input is coming perfectly. GPIO of the SoC was connected at the input side(A1,A2, A4) through the external pullup , While probing at the Output end @pin(B1,B2 and B4) 1.79V is coming instead of 3.3V. So this makes it insufficient to drive the LED from the IC.

Kindly suggest a solution to resolve this.

FYI,

The forward voltage of D1 is 2.5V minimum @Forward current = 5mA

  • The LSF is a passive switch with open-drain outputs and requires pull-up resistors at its outputs. The output source current is determined by these pull-up resistors.

Use a buffered translator like the TXU0104.
Alternatively, use an open-drain inverter like the SN74LVC2G06 to drive the cathodes of D1/D2, and a single-channel translator like the SN74LV1T34 for DA1.
