SN74LVC2G00: Delta Icc Clarification

Hello team, can you help with the below. Thank you!

In table 7.5

1)  In the SN74LVC2G00 data sheet there is an Ic and delta Icc.  What is deltaICC?  Should it get added to the Icc value to compute total power dissipation?

2) Are the ICC and delta Icc per package or per gate?

    Good afternoon,

    1) The delta Icc value in the datasheet is the increase in supply current when the input voltage is not at GND or Vcc. If the voltage reads more than 0.6V from Vcc or GND then delta Icc must be added to the Icc value in the datasheet to calculate total power dissipation.

    2)  The Icc and delta Icc are per input or two for each gate.
