For logic, we consider these two conditions as separate limitations on the operation of the device -- ie you can operate the device up to 85C ambient temperature, and you can operate it with a junction temperature up to 150C, however we do not guarantee operation at ambient temperatures above 85C or with junction temperatures above 150C.

Violating either condition means the datasheet specs are no longer valid.

To be clear, the SN74AUP2G14 will very likely continue to function up to a junction temperature of 150C, however I have no data to show regarding the capabilities or reliability of operation at that temperature.
