SN74LVC4245A: Power up/down timing and waveform

Hi team

Customer is using SN74LVC4245A between DSP and Gate driver, they want to know the power up/down timing and waveform, but it seems that the it's not included in the datasheet, do we have relative test? Thanks!

Hey Shaofeng,

These devices don't have power sequencing requirements. Might I also recommend a newer better device in the SN74LXC8T245. This device will provide them with performance improvements and its packed with great features.

Thanks for your reply, but we found another tricky point in the datasheet. SN74LVC4245A VCCA is powered with 5V, but for the test circuit, as the figure below, Output control is using 3V. Is it wrong?

All occurences of "1.5 V" and "3 V" on that page should be "V_CC/2" and "V_CC".

Hey Shaofeng,

As Clemens mentioned, the image is trying to convey VCC/2 and VCC. This image would be more appropriate for the B port. I will log this so it can be updated in the future.
