    Hi Ann,

    These are just the assembly site codes used for internal tracking of devices. The devices will operate the same.

    1) The first symbol ("D" in this case) represents the device family the orderable device belongs to

    2) The second symbol ("7" in this case) represents the device function

    3) The third symbol ("J" in this case) represents the fab/assembly site of the orderable device.
