Hi all, Good day.

P/N: SN74AHC240PWR

I am creating a delivery specification for this part number.
The customer is Panasonic.
In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.
Please tell me the test results.
(The data sheet is SCLS251H – OCTOBER 1995 – REVISED JULY 2003.)

Hi Migaki,

Unfortunately we do not have the ESD data on file. I can go ahead and submit a request for this data. There is a very long queue for ESD testing that can take up to 16 weeks. Please confirm if you still want these test results.

Hi Sebastian,

I will inform the customer of the current situation. (No ESD test results)
However, customers should request that an ESD test be performed.
Therefore, please carry out the ESD test and report the result.
