SN74LVC1G17-Q1: usage with clock 25Mhz?

 Hi Team, 

Could you verify whether the SN74LVC1G17QDCKRQ1 is good to use for Management Data Clock(MDC Clock) which is max 25MHz ?

 Datasheet says the SN74LVC1G17QDCKRQ1 can work up to 100MHz, so could be overkill, but is there any issue with using it at the lower frequency?
