Can 2Cext and 2Rext / Cext of SN74LV123APW remain unconnected when not in use?

    Hi Tatsuki,

    The Rext/Cext pin is an analog I/O that goes to the internal comparator:

    This pin should not be left floating. This pin should be terminated HIGH (connect directly to Vcc).

    The Cext pin is internally connected to ground, you can also externally ground it but it's not required.
