SN74LVC07A: SN74LVC07ADR VCC 3.3V，IOL：0.5mA~10mA the Guaranteed Max VOL value from Tamb 25℃~85℃

Hi TI Partners,

Could you help to make sure the Guaranteed max VOL VS IOL curve from Tamb 25℃~85℃,when SN74LVC07ADR with VCC 3.3V supply ,and when the IOL is between 0.5A~10mA.

From datasheet, I can only find the Guaranteed MAX VOL 0.55V@IOL 24mA ,but I can not find the curve .

Just use linear interpolation ; see [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?

In the link you attached, are the curve data at Tamb 25℃？ I can not see the Tamb 25℃~85℃. Could you help to do some investigation that when the buffer running at Tamb 25℃~85℃，the VOL calculation VS IOL? Thank you !

Hello,

The datasheet provides the maximum value across temperature only, which for this device is -40C to +125C.

For a "typical" - ie 25C - value, you can use half of the datasheet limit as a reasonable estimate. I would recommend to use the limits in the datasheet, as those include all possible variations and are guaranteed.

If you need additional data, I would recommend ordering samples and testing the devices under your required conditions.
